Blind Spots and Growth Traps

How inferior Ti trips you up: Because you're so used to "is everyone happy?" as your measuring stick, you dodge conflict in exactly the moments that call for reason. Picture this: you know a decision has a logical hole in it, but raising it would put the person in charge in an awkward spot — so you stay quiet, the project really does fall apart, and only then do you regret it: "I saw it coming back then." Your growth lies in learning to handle "the right thing" and "harmony" as two separate matters — instead of forever sacrificing the former.

Your meltdown pattern under stress: When you've given for a long time and gotten nothing back, Fe can detonate in reverse — you start "dredging up old grievances," using "after everything I've done for you" to guilt-trip, or sinking into a self-pitying victim mindset. In worse moments, unbalanced Ti takes over: you become unusually critical, cold, magnifying every small flaw in everyone around you. In that state, even you can't stand yourself.

Your most common form of self-sabotage: You habitually "take care of everyone else and put yourself dead last," and over time that breeds a silent resentment. You think you're loving people, but what you're really doing is trading your effort for a guarantee of "not being abandoned." The moment the other person doesn't reciprocate, you crack. The real fix isn't to give even more — it's to learn to state your needs directly. "I need to be taken care of too" — that's a sentence you've owed yourself for a very long time.
